- Description of Service
Worker.NG provides a public online directory where individuals and businesses offering skilled trade services (“Artisans”) can create profiles to be discovered by potential customers (“Users”). The Service is an information-sharing platform only.
- User Accounts & Profiles
For Artisans: By submitting a profile, you affirm that all information provided—including your name, skills, location, and contact details—is accurate, current, and not misleading. You agree not to list illegal services or engage in spam. Worker.NG reserves the absolute right to remove, edit, or reject any profile for any reason without notice.
For All Users: No user account is required to browse the directory.
- User Conduct
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose. You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or otherwise collect information from the Service through automated means.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others.
- Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service.
- Intellectual Property
The Worker.NG name, logo, and all related branding are the property of the Service operator. You may not use them without prior written consent. Content uploaded by Artisans (such as photos) remains their property, but they grant Worker.NG a license to display this content in connection with the Service.
- Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- No Warranty: The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. Worker.NG does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information provided by Artisans is accurate or reliable.
- No Vetting: Worker.NG does not vet, endorse, or recommend any Artisan. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any Artisan’s services.
- Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worker.NG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties; (c) any content obtained from the Service; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
